Since the beginning of our nation's history, our Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen have fought and died for their country.
Let's make sure that when we ask this sacrifice from them, that we have a good reason.
The price that THEY pay, is too costly to bear to ask them to pay it for no purpose.

Semper Fi, Devil Dog. Thanks for your service to our country.
Sign me,
former USMC wife and proud of it!
Gunfighter: Thank you!
There was an article today about a Vermont grave maker. It talked about how the workers are still caught off guard when they see graves for soldiers who were born in 1981, 1982.
Memorial Day is such an important day. I only wish we weren't digging new graves for our military.
Good things to remember.
And not to get all frothy...but the word verification for today was gayyeast.
I thought that interesting....
Well said, GF.
And again a well done, gunfighter.
I am so grateful this Memorial Day that our brother soldiers are HOME. My heart is broken for those who are not and whose families grieve them on memorial day and every day.
Here here.
